Вниманию иностранных обучающихся Вавиловского университета

Напоминаем, что с 1 января 2025 года иностранные граждане и лица без гражданства смогут приобретать сим-карты в России только в помещении офиса оператора связи.

Для покупки SIM-карты иностранному студенту в России требуется подтверждённая учётная запись на портале «Госуслуги», биометрическая идентификация и СНИЛС (страховой номер индивидуального лицевого счёта).

ATTENTION, STUDENTS!

Starting from January 1, 2025, a verified account on the Gosuslugi Portal, biometric identification and an Individual Personal Account Insurance Number (SNILS) are required for international students to purchase a Russian SIM card

Other requirements include:
- The Agreement for Cellular Network can only be made in person at a cellular store
- The Agreement will include an IMEI, the unique identification number of your phone, consisting of 15 figures
- If not verified, the cellular services for all your phone numbers will be suspended.
